- To fulfill the obligation under the Contract - Assessment of the risk of money laundering and financing of terrorism, the following data is necessary (Name, Surname, Father's name, Date and place of birth, Country and place of birth, Address of residence, Contact address, Work status, Employer, Address of employer, Employer activity, Products used, Distribution channel)
- To fulfill the obligations of the Regulation on Technical Organizational Measures for Secrecy and Protection of Personal Data – Monitoring and Logging, the following data is necessary (IP Address, Device Type, Browser Type)
4.4 How long do we store your personal data
Your personal data is stored in accordance with applicable laws and (i) only as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data is processed or (ii) for a statutory period for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, including all warranty periods and deadlines within which it is possible to establish any contractual claims (e.g. 30 days from the fulfillment of contractual obligations). Personal information obtained on the basis of the Contract will be affected for the entire duration of the Contract or until the Contract is terminated.
